E8s Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the e8s platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the e8s platform via the website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the e8s platform.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. e8s reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, though reasonable efforts will be made to inform users of significant changes.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the e8s platform. This platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation and Security
Account Registration
- Each user is only allowed one active account at any given time.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- E8s reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including the submission of valid identification documents.
- Registering with a false identity or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Login Credential Security
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password.
- All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
- You must notify e8s immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
E8s users agree to comply with all platform rules and to use the platform solely for lawful and personal purposes. You are not permitted to:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to defraud, manipulate, or abuse the payment system, bonuses, or game mechanics.
- Engaging in any activity that may disrupt or damage the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without valid written authorisation.
- Distributing content that is seditious, defamatory, or in violation of Malaysian law.
Any breach of the above rules entitles e8s to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your account without prior notice and withholding any balance associated with suspected rule violations.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the e8s platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the available deposit and withdrawal methods before making any transaction.
Deposit
- All deposits are final once processed and credited to the account.
- E8s is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Minimum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process, which may take 1–3 working days.
- E8s reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated.
- Any taxes or charges relating to winnings are solely the user's responsibility under Malaysian law.
Bonuses & Promotions
- All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made.
- Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, may result in bonus forfeiture and account action.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property and Account Policy
Liability Limitations
E8s shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical disruptions, system failures, or third-party attacks beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no implied warranties regarding continuous availability or freedom from errors.
Intellectual Property
All content on the e8s platform — including logos, graphic designs, user interfaces, text, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of e8s or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Account Suspension and Closure
E8s reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by law enforcement agencies. Users may also voluntarily request account closure by contacting the support team. Any legitimate remaining balance will be settled in accordance with established procedures once all reviews are complete.
Third-Party Links
The e8s platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. e8s is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to any third-party website is at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws
E8s reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
